Alan Y. Manubag is an RN who earned a bachelor of science in nursing from Western Mindanao State University in 1991 and has been working at Autumn Lake Healthcare in New Britain, Connecticut, since 2016. As an RN supervisor, Alan Y. Manubag assigns duties to staff, monitors staff performance and conducts assessments, mentors inexperienced nurses, and ensures safety and health protocol compliance. He does this while striving to maintain a positive work environment.
Alan Y. Manubag was promoted to a supervisor position within one year of joining Autumn Lake Healthcare. In his prior role as a floor nurse, he provided a range of healthcare services to patients with physical and mental conditions, including congestive heart failure, deep wounds, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease. He still sometimes covers for floor nurses who are on vacation or out sick.
When he isn't working, Mr. Manubag keeps up with current events by watching the news, enjoys following economic markets in the US and Asia, and watches movies. He also likes to travel, play board games, and go hiking.
